I posted parcel with hermes . Destination USA. it arrived JFK international 21/4/21. Customs cleared

Delivered to Monroe township on 22/4/21 and tracking says. Still there .

UPAA. Have it. But I can't contact them. And. Hermes. Cant tell me where parcel is.

Size is. 90x60x10. Cm. So not easy to lose .

Do you think I can assume parcel us list. Therefore just refund customer. Of. £220.

As far as eBay's money back guarantee is concerned, the buyer can open a case for a refund if the item has not been successfully delivered by the latest estimated delivery date.

How and when Hermes will treat a parcel as lost and you can claim compensation depends upon their terms and conditions. This would be a good time to start reading them - especially the long list of items that are excluded from compensation.

That looks to me to be the start of a Pitney Bowes tracking number.

Did you send the item via eBay Global Shipping?

If yes then you only need to provide proof of safe arrival at UK shipping centre in Lichfield,Global are responsible after that.

If your buyer opens a case for not received reply with details it was a Global Shipping item and supply tracking number to shipping centre.

If you didn't use Global wait to see if buyer opens a case
