In most cases you do not have to contact ebay as problems with items are sorted out in the resolution centre. It is all automated

You can put your problem here and we can try and help

Lines open today between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

There is sometimes a call back available there, but as eBay staff are working from home because of Covid it's usual and quicker to use the Live Chat facility, or of course come back here with your problem someone here can help you, as there are truly few reasons to contact eBay.
