How to remove negative feedback..

Hi,

as a seller my reviews was 100%..

but there was a buyer.. who left me a negative review later on he said by mistake he did it he was meant to send it to other supplier..

then requested to eBay to remove it and got response that due to some technical problem they can't fix my request.. I want to remove that negative feedback where there was not my fault..

Send the buyer a Feedback Revision request:

adding to the advice already given -

With managed payments business sellers trading as private sellers are being picked up, so it would be best if you register before eBay flags your account.
