Suspicious bidder

Hello,

I contacted ebay to resolve a problem, and was told to report the bidder. But when I went to the report a bidder options, there wasn't an appropriate option. Any ideas of how I can report this bidder? Maybe Ebay need another non specific option?

Short version;
The buyer claimed they hadn't received the 2 items bought and opened 2 cases (even though both items were on the same transaction) after only 3 days. The buyer wanted a refund. The buyer then agreed to wait until a week after posting. The buyer contacted me promptly on the 7th day wanting a refund. I made the refunds; one went through smoothly, the other didn't. the buyer contacted me about the second refund. I assured them I had made it; checked paypal; it was there. Repeated messages to the buyer for them to confirm receipt and close the case fell on deaf ears. When I contacted ebay they confirmed I had acted correctly, closed the case and advised me to report the buyer;

Once a seller refunds through a case it closes automatically, it does not require a buyer to close the case, nothing to report.

The case did not close automatically; there was a problem and the refund went through via paypal not ebay.
