Hi all, I have had my ebay account for 15 years and I just found that it was setup as a business account. This is wrong I have ran around in circles trying to find out how it can be reset as to a normal ( non seller) account. Thanks in advance.

You have to contact ebay who will review the account and will then decide to change it or not.

There is however nothing to stop you registering a new account,using a different user ID and email address.

You would have to contact ebay and ask them to change it

It is difficult as they wont often do that

You could just open another account but would lose your feedback score

You can have more than one

To contact ebay Help and contact at the bottom of the page then scroll down to see the options

It will be Call me back or Chat with us

I have never bothered looking at mine until now. Thought I had better check.
