Is it the Item you have bought from China? I doubt they will Cancel your order. You would be better off opening an Item Not Received Case in the Resolution Centre one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date. Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in after 4 days. They will Force the Refund.

Hi I ordered 13 of April and eBay send me mail they said they will deliver my order 16 of April but still not yet delivered and today is 29 of April and I already paid my order so please please I want to cancel my order now and refund me my money back in my account thank you

As previously said is too late to Cancel. Go to the Resolution Centre and open a Case for Item Not Received.

Enter Money Back Guarantee into Help and Contact at the very top or at the foot of the Page for instructions.
