My personal buying account was hacked 2 days ago, they changed the main delivery address to a hospital in Coventry and attempted to purchace a £355 gold chain. the transaction didnt go through, because the address no longer matched my card details, and paypal isnt linked to that account at all. The way it works is gangs put a person into large post rooms, such as shared ofice buildings, hospitals etc, and have items they have raudulently purchased sent to these places, where they can then intercept the packages. in this case they had addressed it to Mr TB etc, they will then intercept everything addressed to Mr TB. a simple fraud, but very damaging to both sellers and buyers accounts. be very aware., and pop 2 step verification on your accounts!

Wouldn't happen if Members didn't Click on Phishing Links sent by Email.

Ive not clicked on any links in any emails, Ive been a seller or a long time, I know never to click an email link.

Hacking usually happens when you click on a link in a phissing email

You have to be very careful when clicking on links

Have you changed your password on ebay and paypal as you should do that straight away when you have any problem.
