    <description>Going DIY on returns is never a good idea.  As said, both eBay and PayPal buyer protection processes require online evidence of return.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly I'm absolutely devastated by ebay, paypal and how sellers can get away with things.&amp;nbsp; I bid on, what was advertised as, a new in box, full working order&amp;nbsp; vax vacuum.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However, it arrived, yes looked as new but lol tube handle dented and you have to hold your finger on the button for it to work.&amp;nbsp; Take your finger off and it stops lol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was very angry as it was obviously not working at all.&amp;nbsp; Contacted the seller, who kindly collected the vax as I'm housebound.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However now I have no proof it was collected and ebay and paypal want proof it was collected.&amp;nbsp; Of course the seller doesn't know how to tell ebay or PayPal she has the vax vacuum back lol.&amp;nbsp; So I'm out of quite a bit of money while they have the broken vacuum and my money.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please be careful as you do not get support from PayPal or ebay&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should have Opened an Item Not As Described Case in the Resolution Centre. The Seller has to generate a Returns Label through the Case. You could have asked EBay for a Courier Collection. Once Tracking shows as Delivered to the Seller EBay would have then Refunded you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
