How to mark as paid and collected?

My buyer was very local so paid on collection instead of me posting. How can I now mark the items as paid and collected?

On seller hub go to Orders for that item, click/press the item number, scroll down and you should see Sales Status and notes. There you can tick the date that you were paid and select from a dropdown box that it was collected.

MORE ACTIONS > Mark as Paid and Dispatched.

If not available then you will hav to use tye seler hub when it is under ACTIONS.
