&lt;P&gt;As an important aside,&amp;nbsp; you always have to refund your buyer first,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;before trying to get compensation for yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; If the buyer opens a case for item not received,&amp;nbsp; you have 3 days to&amp;nbsp; refund them,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; if you do not have tracking to show delivery,&amp;nbsp; otherwise&amp;nbsp; the buyer can escalate on day 4,&amp;nbsp; eBay will force the refund ,&amp;nbsp; you will pay an unnecessary seller fee and gain a damaging defect on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Hermes customer service non existent.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A parcel i posted last wednesday has no tracking other than the time i dropped it off at a hermes parcel shop &amp;amp; that it was collected the same day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was last wednesday = no other processing info is showing up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only Hermes customer service contact facility i can find is 0330 808 5456.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You go through the motions of &amp;nbsp;supplying the tracking number through an auto message and then offered to be passed over to a customer service adviser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you are told they are very busy and told to hang on for someone to become available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;30 minutes went by today and i would imagine i would still be on the phone now because you are not told where you are in the queue or how many are ahead of you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meanwhile my customer wants a refund or a replacement item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tempted to just refund the buyer = take the loss and never use hermes again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
