      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i bought an item from a seller (a company) on eBay , it has a 12 month warranty and has developed a fault . The company won't answer their phone or ring me back after a voicemail message and neither will they respond to emails through eBay messages , &amp;nbsp;I can't find anywhere I can raise this with eBay either ? A little help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
