Hi there...I have just spoken to 2 eBay customer service agents, the 1st advised me to go onto Seller Hub to list my items in the old, or classic, format, which worked, but I now cannot see any watchers etc against my items when I click on "Active", as the 2nd agent told me to do. I then have to apparently come back out of Seller Hub to do this??? I cannot believe that I have to keep switching from one to the other, and I hope someone can please help me out with this problem. I have given up trying to list anything else today, as I am totally confused.

I have always found it easy to list, watch, and see when my items were sold, but the information I have been given seems ridiculous. Please can someone help? :o(

Hi there...thanks for your help, but I have done as you suggested, and I still cannot see any watchers etc. I would like to get back to the listing format I only used at the beginning of April. Has everything changed??

maybe you haven't got any watchers yet, if you customise the table to show watchers, it will show if you have any
