How do you know if a parcel sent by Royal Mail Class 2 has arrived?

Sent the package through Royal Mail Level 2, and with eBay automatically generating the tracking code, the package should arrive within 3-4 working days.

But a check of eBay's tracking code showed no progress changes.As you all know, Class 2 has no tracking service.

But I need to know if the customer has received the package.

Does anyone know how I should check?

I have also tried to contact the buyer, but I haven't received a reply yet.

Why do you need to know

It is best not to contact buyers and ask as you warn them that you do not know if they have their item. That can encourage them to open a not received dispute.

If you dont have tracking then you would lose any dispute

A buyer will open a not received soon enough if they do not receive their item.

Envelope sizes dont usually have tracking so you would lose a dispute.
