How do i open a closed case?

I made a purchase

I then received a message from eBay telling me i'd raised a case request (which I hadn't).

The buyer asked me to close the case so that they could proceed with the sale, which i did.

I then received another message from eBay saying they had cancelled the order and removed the seller, even though the Paypal transaction has gone through.

I cannot find a way to contact ebay now that the case is closed.

Any idea how i can get help?

If you'd already opened a "not received" case you won't be able to open anther one, in any case it's often not possible when the seller has been suspended by ebay. You can open one with Paypal though. So open a "not received" case here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
