Hi everyone

I'm just a bit puzzled why i have had quite a few non-payments lately. No communication from the buyers. I hate taking out non-payment cases but that seems the only option.

Am i only one , or is this a common occurence

Not uncommon, but I would guess that you have not used the facility to Block members with TWO unpaid Strikes.

That reduces the serial Non Payers who just like wasting sellers time, and if the seller does not complete an unpaid case, so many don't as can be seen by negative comments left on Positive Feedback, the Non Payers are just free to continue. When an Unpaid Case isopened and closed NO FEEDBACK can be left.

Look in your ACCOUNT and the section BUYER REQUIREMENTS and use the Block facility.

Is very frustrating. But yes just open an Unpaid Item Case. Put the Non Payers on your Blocked Bidders List.

Don't know if this is a coincedence, but the few times I have placed items on auction resulted in my only two unpaid item cases I needed to open.

Rarely I find happens on Buy it Now items, and there also , you have the facility to ask for an immediate payment.

If you know the price you want for your items, don't bother with auctions, list them in a Fixed Price / immediate payment format, most people cannot be bothered to wait for an auction to end, and perhaps when it does forget they have bid in the first place!
