    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ebay don't get involved with postal disputes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But, you can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date. escalate after 3 working days, if seller can't prove delivery they have to refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can leave inappropriate&amp;nbsp;feedback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
