    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear. I have opened an Ebay Case (item not as described)&amp;nbsp; - the first step in this process is an email is sent to the seller with my comments and asking to return the item and get my money back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would say only manufacturer can give best advice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is genuine &amp;amp; you bought within last 30 days, then you can still open item not as described case even if seller not on ebay, escalate after 3 working days to ebay to sort.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have emailed the seller asking to return the item and have a refund. I have provided photos of the item and the poor stitching. I have also asked the manfacturer for advice on identifying a fake baby carrier.</description>
