Trying to Close my eBay account

I am trying to close one of my eBay accounts

I follow all the intructions to close the account, then I get this:

Your account can't be closed at this time

We can't close your account at present because:

We can't close your account yet because you still have active subscriptions. To cancel your subscriptions, log in to My eBay. Under "My Account", select "Subscriptions". Select the Unsubscribe link next to any active subscriptions.

I do not have any 'Subcriptions"

When I go onto that section it just recommends that I open an eBay Shop.

I dont want to do that ----I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!

PLAESE HELP

Check to make sure that you definitely have no subscriptions

If there are still problems, contact eBay Customer Services, they have full access to your account, and can help you further here.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page on the link below you will be able to access eBay Customer Services via a Live Chat and sometimes there is a Call Back available. Both options will give you an approximate waiting time, it is usually only a few minutes.
