You need to add a valid credit card, preferably one with more than 6 months validity into your eBay file, this proves you are over the age of 18, as anyone can have a debit card at any age.

Go to Account tab >> Personal Information >> Financial Information.

Use a desktop browser, and not the app.

You would need to have a credit card on file with ebay,however buying pills on the net can be dangerous as you can't be sure if there genuine or not,and if there safe.

Best you use your local pharmacy or doctors.
