purchase says payment pending

Item purchased and checked out ok. now I see It is displaying an egg timer on the payment icon = pending. On paypal it says it is pending as the seller has not accepted the payment.

Has anyone seen this before please? I didn't know a buy it now item could have it's payment not accepted.

I have messaged the seller but no reply. I see they have similar items on at a higher price now, but I'm only talking 60p more. They have a feedback score of 3 so have sold things before/since, could their account be restricted? Any ideas please?

Sounds like they haven't set their Account up properly. Link their EBay Account. Or they need to accept their first Payment. Check your PayPal Payment if there is an option to Cancel, use it.

Thank you, they still claimed there was nothing wrong their end, so I used the PayPal cancel option and got them to cancel the order.
