Category listing restrictions

Anyone know how to list beauty items without registering as a business? I keep getting this message:

"Unfortunately, you won’t be able to complete your listing. You’ve reached your listing allowance and won’t be able to list any more of certain top cosmetics brands in Health and Beauty category.

To continue selling top cosmetics brands in this category, you’ll need to register as a business seller. In some of these cases, your listing allowances may be increased."

It is not just the cosmetics as you are selling many new items

If you buy to sell or make to sell you are a business and have to be registered as such for

ebay and HMRC.

As a business you are not allowed to say No returns on your listings.

All businesses have to accept returns

Hmmmm, 80% of my items are either gifts or things I've bought in the past and either just not worn or I've forgotten to return, I haven't bought anything with the intention of selling it on since I don't have time for a business like that but in the 3rd lockdown I'm clearing everything out! It is allowing me to list other items but just not a premium perfume

If ebay say you need to register as a business to list more then that is what you would have to do to sell perfumes . https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/perfume-cosmetics-policy?id=4708
