Why am I not seeing offers on my items?

Today I received email notification of an offer below the buy it now price on an item. When I went to the 'respond to offer' page, I saw the offer pending, but several expired offers that were actually higher than the one I received today! This keeps happening and I end up selling for less than has been offered by other buyers. All my items for sale have the 'make an offer' function. Why am I only sometimes receiving emails about the offers? How do I make sure I always see offers in time? I have searched the ebay help pages but can't find anything. Thanks for your help!

If you were using the Seller Hub you get offers appearing in so many places you can't fail to miss them, but you do have to look at least on a day. I always get emails but that is the last place I look.

If you lookat emails at least once a day,thenit should be no inconvenience lokking at your active ,although as I don't use the Classic (old) pages I don't know how offers are indicated, but they do come as messages.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! I didn’t know about Seller Hub – I have found this now, and hopefully that means I won’t miss any more offers.
