Who else is thinking of leaving eBay due to Managed Payments, the fact they are holding onto our funds from days, customer service agents don't understand what its about and because they still insist on using paypal it creates duplicate entries i.e one in Paypal and one in the bank and as my free period has now expired eBay have cost me over £150 in bank charges as we are in a pandemic hardly anyone is doing a business account. Having to pay for labels myself is causing me financial hardship when everyone is already struggling, they don't care that I can't keep paying for these and keep loaning money to yourself isn't the answer either. No funds were transferred all over christmas and new year causing delays in my being able to buy new stock at one point over £500 stuck in eBay. It's really not good enough.

What they also fail to take on board is that they are recommending that we pay for some software called OneSass a £16.00 a month to integrate with Quickbooks /Sage even though we never had to pay for this before i.e Paypal; did not charge and this is not even taking into account the increase in final value fees and processing fees (which again we never had to pay VAT on with Paypal). I for one after the final argument with them over how much extra time they are stealing away from my part-time business and funds that I am going to slowly close down all my listings and trade elsewhere. They may be one of the biggest platforms but their customer service is poorly lacking at the moment and keep being told that changes are coming is not good enough. They should never have implemented something that is not fit for purpose, the spreadsheets are horrible and I am spending hours importing them into quickbooks several times to get all the sales in.

I was asking a question. I have found the whole process of managed payments very stressful and time consuming.
