    <description>I did follow the guidance and asked Ebay for help but Momox blame eBay who blame Momox and PayPaI are waiting on sellers response so yes I did follow the required process. My point is that eBay claim to offer customer help but did nothing to actually help do is this always the practice is my point.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just me or is this service getting worse. I asked for help on a refund from a month ago from Momox UK who blame ebay for non release. Ebay deny this but offer no help at all- it is like a void so why have this non service if they dont actually support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It just sounds as though you did not do it correctly. Refunds are obtained by opening a case then if the seller does not respond you can then escalate to ebay. You do not get refunds by just asking the seller or asking ebay for help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebay will not get involved unless you have opened case, and then the case must be opened within 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
