&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Advise your seller that&amp;nbsp; it is not mandatory to use that code. Indeed, many sellers do not use the app to run their seller accounts, and that is needed here for that code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Inform them they can&amp;nbsp; either go right of the item sold to More Actions, and there select Mark as Paid, and Mark as Dispatched.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or, if&amp;nbsp; they&amp;nbsp; are on the Seller Hub page, go to Orders&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Awaiting Postage &amp;gt;&amp;gt; click on the item, and&amp;nbsp; they&amp;nbsp; will see those instructions top left of the page.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;No need for a code .&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I presume you mean fo a collection item.&amp;nbsp; This only works if both buyer and seller are using the Ebay App.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Code is sent to buyer by Text,they show to seller who scans into their phone which automatic marks as Collected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unless both parties are using the App. seller just marks as Dispatched as usual.&lt;/P&gt;
