Question Re: Branded-Trainers in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

"We" haven't removed anything. This answer centre is for members to ask other members questions. There's no-one here from eBay.

When these trainers arrive, check them for authenticity, or take them to an authorised dealer to check.

If they're counterfeit, open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre: https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

To qualify, you must have paid through eBay's checkout, using PayPal or PayPal Credit, a credit card, debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

A case must be opened within 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date, or, if the seller's return window is longer, within their return window. The seller is allowed 3 business days in which to respond. After that, the option will appear for you to escalate the case, if necessary, for eBay to step in and help. This option remains available for 21 days from the date the case was opened.

If the seller wishes the item to be returned, eBay will enable them to send you a prepaid return label (for returns within the UK only). Once returned, eBay will process your refund.

If the seller doesn't reply or you're not happy with their response, escalate the case. Follow any instructions and time limits carefully, and don't agree to close the case until you have received your refund.

You can find full details of eBay's money back guarantee here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html

I purchased genuine adidas Beckenbauer trainers for £89.99. You have now removed this company from your listings. This concerns me about the Authenticity of this product over the action you have taken. These expensive trainers were bought for me as a birthday gift off my grandchildren and I wouldnt be very happy to think I have bought fake goods. Im a 813 buyer from Ebay and I would be grateful if you could look into this matter for me and look forward to your reply. Yours Gerard Jennings
