I HAVE HAD TROUBLE TRYING TO GET MY GOODS FROM FUNNYHAHA-2. IF YOU LOOK AT THE MESSAGES I HAVE SENT TO HIM AND THE DELAYING MESSAGES HE HAS SENT ME BY KEEP DELAYING ALL THE TIME. MY GOODS HAVE NOT ARRIVED AND I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK TO WHICH I HAVE HAD NO REPLY. ALL THE MESSAGES I HAVE SENT HAVE BEEN THROUGH EBAY AND ARE STILL THERE. PLEASE SORT OUT FOR ME. THANK YOU. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE DECEMBER 2020.

If it's within 30 days of the estimated delivery date on the listing select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.

If it's after 30 days it's too late for eBay but you can still open a "not received" case with Paypal. Here's the link:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
