Its not been worked for 15 days now all tech say is that they are working on it and that I won't be charged shop fees but it doesn't solve the problem and takes people away from my items. They say others have reported it and they are dealing with it but nothing gets done. The same thing happened in 2014 and 2018 but was solved quickly I can't understand why its taking so long. I does sometimes work when using a mobile phone but not with other devices. Thanks.
