Hi. Could anyone advise me of an email address to contact ebay. I have been on the phone constantly with nil response and it is important I contact them regarding my account. Thank you.

there isn't an email address, but you can email them through the site

click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page

type email ebay in the search

then choose 'Contacting eBay Customer Service'

on the next page find the sentence 'You can also get in touch with us by email.' and click on 'email'

choose the topic closest to your problem

and keep drilling down until you reach the email us page

or you can tell us your problem and we will try and help
