Question Re: eCP in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

My customer is unable to collect their item from a local shop because I have omitted the eCP details. Can anyone advise me on how I might resolve this?

Ebay policy says

If this eCP number is missing, your parcel will be rejected at the eBay collection point location. In this case, your parcel will be unidentifiable and may be disposed of, without reimbursement. This may cause an ‘Item not received’ case to be raised against you by the buyer.

Thanks for i fo. I have now refunded the customer directly and don't expect to get the parcel returned to me. An expensive mistake on my part!

Did the buyer open a not received as that is what should happen
You refund through the dispute to get your fees back.

Did you put a return address on the back of the parcel

There is just a chance if the shop refused it that you may get it back
