Just paid for an item,then the seller sent me a picture of item damaged so I have ask for a refund. What else can I do if I get no response.

They should cancel and refund

If they dont then you open a not received dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing

Or send them a cancellation request

If you do that then they can cancel saying buyer requested to cancel

If you think the problem is genuine then is your choice if you want to let the seller of the hook
