    <description>Thanks this is the only thing I have read that has made sense on how to go about things. I have never encountered any issues on ebay before this. Thanks for the help</description>

      <title>No refund, no option</title>

      <description>So I made purchase recently and the seller cancelled the order however in my purchases it showed that it had gone through and had been dispatched. A few days went by and past the delivery date so I contacted the seller who said it was cancelled and refunded. Checked my online banking and money went out but not refunded and also checked PayPal.... No refund either. So contacted the seller again (beginning of the week) to check their side and have had no reply. There is no option for me to "ask ebay to step in" either. Seems like some glitch in the system. What is going on?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't ask ebay to step in!! Step into what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Until you open a Not Received case, then if no refund you can ask ebay to step in after 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If seller has cancelled correctly then a refund should have been made. You can see if the PAID symbol has changed to Refunded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Refunds go back to source, only if paid with funds in Paypal is are refunds instant, if you used a Debit Card refund goes back to bank and takes 7 days, if a credit card it takes 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
