Payments on Hold Despite Positive Feedback which Acknowledges Delivery

Hello everyone - I'm new to all this and the Assistant Bot is pretty useless so I'm hoping your hive mind can advise!

I know that newer sellers often take longer to get paid because of holds but I've got some odd inconsistencies showing up:

a) I have lots of Positive Feedback which connects to delivery on items sold.

b) three of them have paid out - two were of my earliest listing but one she only posted feedback yesterday

c) one of the earlier listings that has sold and had Positive Feedback has gone from payment supposed to be released last Friday to 15th Feb (on one release date list).

d) there are different dates on the releases of payments on the Sold list and the Check Status for Payment Holds list which I find confusing although I think I understand why, I don't understand why the latter list changed an item (c).

Any thoughts, folks?

New and returning sellers are subject to a hold on the payments but the payment goes directly to your paypal account and shows as held/pending.

Log into your paypal account.

You may have to claim the payment

or confirm your email address.

If the payment isn't showing in paypal and the email address that was used for ebay is different to the one you use for paypal you will need to add the ebay email address to your 'profile' in paypal.

if you have left it longer than 30 days the money will have been returned to the buyers and you will need to contact them and ask them to repay.

Never post the item until you see the payment in your paypal account.

if you used tracking the funds will be released about three days after the tracking shows as delivered, if you didn't use tracking and the buyer leaves feedback it will be released about 4 days after the estimated delivery date,

if you didn't use tracking and the buyer doesn't leave feedback, you will have to wait 21 days.

Thanks! That's helpful. Everything is showing in PayPal (email address confirmed) - I've claimed the released payments already but I'm still perplexed by the payment for something where she only posted the feedback yesterday (and I only posted it on Thursday). Equally, the item I was expected to be paid on Friday had feedback a week ago and it's after the estimated delivery date. I'll see if anything happens tomorrow (a number are marked as due payment release on Monday) and see what happens.
