Where do I find buyers IQ code?

I have sold an item which was collected in person. My account says item is still waiting fir despatch.
I motice I can scan buyers IQ cide but I font know hiw to find that.
Please advise.

when the buyer comes to collect they give you the code / scan the code.

The IQ code only works if you both use the Ebay App and its scanned upon collection.

Go to More Actions to the right of your sold item

Mark the item as despatched

and also payment received if they paid cash upon collection

That should stop notifications.

Some buyers can give you a code but not all. Clearly yours did not do so. All you need to do is from the sale summary "other actions" "Mark as paid" and "Mark as despatched"

It only works if Buyer and seller are using the Ebay App. Ebay send code to buyers phone they show it to you when they collect and you scan the code. That then shows as collected.

If not done this way and not everyone has a smart phone or use the ebay app. then you mark as dispatched, and if paid in cash as collection items should be mark as paid as well.

Thanks for your help. My mobile App does not seem to give me the option of mark as despatched or collected.

The App in some ways is pretty useless so you will need to use a different device 😞
