when trying to use search box getting redirected from ebay uk to e bay.com appears to be american site changed computer so not that.

It's a glitch which hopefully ebay are going to sort out at some point but if you change .com to .co.uk in the URL bar at the top of your computer and enter, you should get the correct page.

There have been a few reports ot this happening

It seems to be a glitch

All you can do is to sign out of ebay( you are on ebay.co.uk but sign out anyway and then make sure you sign into ebay.co.uk

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

It may not help and if not you will just have to wait until the problem clears
