No they don't - they don't even try - and those same sellers usually have
multiple account anyway. Besides - still no facility whatsoever to report
fraudulent items: if they had that in place, they wouldn't have (nor would
any reasonable person expect them to) check '3 trillion items'; it would
make perfect sense for buyers to be able to report them, but they've taken
away that facility (which just reinforces that thy really don't give a **bleep**
- which they obviously don't, other wise they'd have that facility in
place.) Think I might start importing in a ton of fake **bleep** from China and
start making a bundle - whos gonna stop me? NOBODY.)

Fake items

Just been looking for a new 512gb memory card - given that I have been the victim of TWO previous items claiming to be memory cards (one which didn't work at all, and got so hot within less than a minute that it nearly burst into flames!) I am therefore stunned to see SO many obviously fake ones listed. (Listed despite negative feedback stating they're fake and don't work - yet ebay still persist in allowing the same sellers to keep on resting the SAME fake items!) There is NO facility whatsoever in the eBay reporting system to actually allow you to report FAKE or counterfeit items; just been through it several times with a fine tooth comb - and there is absolutely no facility to report fake and counterfeit items (there used to be, but it has gone). Clearly ebay are only too comfortable for fake and counterfeit items to be listed as these sellers generate a lot of revenue. No doubt some goon from ebay will come back to this with the usual hackneyed guff about how they take the listing of fake and counterfeit tems very seriously and do not tolerate such practices bla bla bla...heard it before! LIARS! You can spot at 10 paces that these (look here, item number: 124553749538) for example are fake (you would have to be VERY naiveand be a special kind of cretin to think they're genuine!)

EBay cannot check 3 Trillion Items Listed on their Platform. When these Sellers receive enough Negative Feedback and end up Below Standard with low Seller Ratings EBay will automatically Shut down their Accounts.
