Why would ebay sort it out, you have to contact NECTAR. Myebay top of page last item on drop down menu NECTAR.

Nectar say it is NOT there problem but Ebays problem. All I wanted was an

Did you link/register your nectar card ? points cannot be added retrospectively.

I only mentioned it because some think they get points from Ebay without linking their card. Just trying to rule out one reason why you are not getting points and my crystal ball is currently in for service 🙂

have you been given any reason by Ebay or Nectar as to why they are not being added?
