I cannot link my paypal account

Hello,

I accidentally deleted my paypal account. Then I created new account in paypal with the same e-mail/username and the same bank card. Now I want to link the new paypal account with e-bay. However, when I hit the button it redirect me to a window saying that the action cannot be completed. What could be the problem? Please help.

What device are you using?

If the app then switch to a desktop browser.

Then, you need to go to Got to My eBay >> Selling >> Account tab >> >> Site Preferences >> Paypal Account >> Link Accounts.

If you are still having issues contact eBay Customer Services, their lines open between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. today
