Question Re: Bidding in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

it's not 'hidden bids'

ebay has an 'auto bid system' where people place their maximum bid at any time during the auction,

the auto bidding system then ups that persons bid by one increment higher than any bid placed until they either win the item or someone places a bid higher than their maximum

Why Ebay doesn't update bidding list instantly? Why you find out at the end of bidding that one or more bidders have had hidden bids? Is it correct business?
Thank you

Automatic bids are updated almost instantly. You would find it more likely to win if you placed one bid of the maximum you are prepared to pay as close to the end as possible.

As usual it doesn't matter when a bid is placed, it is the HIGHEST bidder who wins not the last.
