Hi, need some advice and help. I purchased a phone with a seller, when paying received error messages but tried several times. My bank says according to them the money is due to leave my account soon as according to them the purchase when through. The seller has no record of my purchase and their is no confirmation of purchase. On my bank account it says the following: INTL CARD 99999999 eBay O* 23-06483-47 Luxembourg LU. Have I just been scammed? According to eBay I didn’t purchase it.

If te money has not left your account yet, tell your bank to stop it.

I have no idea what is going on here, but howdid you buy and how did you pay? There has to be a record of the transaction somewhere, even if only in your paypal account.

I’ve paid with my Visa card (should’ve opened PayPal account). According to my bank it’s a legit transaction, it will be leaving my account. I might be able to dispute it once the money leaves. I didn’t like his wording, might or possibly.
I’ve sent the seller a photo of the bank transaction but if they have no record of my purchase, they can’t do anything. Is there an email address for eBay that I can send this photo to?
