Unable to receive payment through Pay Pal

I refunded someone because their letter did not turn up. However, the buyer kindly informed me it did arrive a week later and now he wants to repay me through PayPal which is the only method i use for payment. I have tried giving him my email address through Ebay but they wont allow it, despite them saying to the buyer that they wouldnt block my details when i sent them! They are still blocking me from giving the email address. HELP!!!!

If the transaction was cancelled on ebay you could relist it for them to buy/pay again.

It was not cancelled on eBay - it still stands as a completed transaction despite the refund.
