Unable to post listing after changing Country

Hello everybody and thank you in advance for you help.

I have recently changed my country from Italy to UK but I am unable to post a listing for an item I want to sell.

I get an error message telling that my identity cannot be verified.

Any clues about what the issue might be and how to solve it?

Changing your Based location Address to the UK, does not change your Country of Registration which will remain = Italy.

Your Country of registration needs to be transferred to the UK to avoid EU/UK VAT import/export problems ... Customer Service can transfer your account registration from Italy to the UK whilst you are on the Phone/Live Chat >
