How do I send an invoice to buyer .

I have sold an item , tonight and buyer has asked for
An invoice .
Payment has not been completed.yet .
I used to send invoice's but I'm not sure if you can still do that .as I don't see any way , that you can

On My eBay click on More Actions > Send Payment Details, far right of item on your sold page. Or on seller hub go to Orders, select the item and select Send Invoice from the drop-down menu. Change the postage and click on Send Invoice.

But do you know why they need an invoice? eg. if they cannot pay via ebay due to incorrect email address sending an invoice won't help.

That's the point I don't know ,
Why the buyer wants invoice.
As I have never had this kind of
Request before .
I usually sell wait for payment send .
Then send buyer tracking no :
And delivery date .
Buyer said he would pay tomorrow.
But needs receipt.

That's why I was looking for help
