      <description>Bought an upgrade kit for my bike and been informed that it is on its way. Great!! However, I've had a unpaid item case opened for the same item. Very confusing! Tried to contact the seller and ebay customers support to sort it out but keep getting thrown out of the site and being told to sign in again. So I can't cancel, question the seller, get in touch with Ebay to sort it out. The app just keeps kicking me out. Any idea of why this is happening? What can I do about it? APPRECIATE YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE. A VERY CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED BUYER!!</description>
