Buyer is reporting me

Hi,

I have listed some items and I have put in the description that each item is sold separately. A buyer has brought it and is not saying she thought it was for all the items. I have offered her a full refund but she would like to report me instead. Is there anything else I can do?

sorry, you are in the wrong and the buyer is perfectly within his rights to report you for not providing all the items in the listing

if you want to sell items separately they each need their own listing

you can't make alisting stating there are 12 of this and 20 of that etc etc and then put at the bottom the listing is for 1 item!

As you are selling multiples of new items, you must register as a business seller, it is the law.
