    <description>Hi Tressy, thanks for your quick reply. I have already put in the tracking number and escalated the case but I've still not recieved a refund. Whats the best way to conact eBay about this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've also checked the sellers listing and he has a lot of negative reviews saying fake items, am I able to report him so no one has to go through this pain?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Dan</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a PS4 controller last year, it arrived and its clearly a counterfeit model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seller agreed I could return it, so I paid for tracked delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The seller then refused the item at the door when being delivered, so now I'm out of pocket for delivery and the original cost of the item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get eBay to put through my refund? I have seen they would normally just issue a refund anyway for a counterfeit item?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
