&lt;P&gt;The seller does not have to accept although if they do not have one item in stock they should&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you bought them together then you would be cancelling both items&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not receive the correct items then you open a not as described dispute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller sends a pre paid label and you return for a full refund&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will have to find a way to return them if you want a refund&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will be able to leave feedback but wait until after everything is sorted out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That is what feedback is for is to check and see what the seller is like and decide if you want to deal with them&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Business seller ignoring cancellation request and intentionally sending an item I don't want</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a purchase of two items from a seller. They messaged me to say one item isn't in stock in the size I wanted. I then quite clearly asked them to either cancel that individual item, or cancel my entire order if that's easier, while they were asking me if I'd accept another size. Through quick back and forth messages they acknowledged that I didn't want that item or an alternative size (red flags from how unprofessional they sounded). Later on I get a notification that both items are dispatched, and they'd stopped responding to messages prior to this, so I'm guessing they've just decided to send me something I didn't order. I'll wait to see if they respond tomorrow, but it seems to me they're intentionally wasting my time in the hopes that I won't return the item or take action. If this is the case and they've decided to ignore my cancellation request, is there anything at all that can be done other than returning the item when it arrives and leaving feedback? What are your opinions on it/ how would you deal with it?.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
