There is no one from Ebay here as the responders are just other members trying to help.

Your problem is .....

Often High Brand owners only allow their items to be sold through their official outlets. IF there are others listed for sale then as yet they have probably not been reported. The Brand Owner may have got Ebay to remove your item or they may have acted on reports by other members that the item is fake.

Ebay cannot be sure that your item is 100% genuine as they never get to see the item in question so thats another issue for you . Even authenticy cards can be faked. Obv i am not insinuating that your item is fake but thats how Ebay deal with this kind of issue.

You really need to stop relisting the item. It has been flagged by Ebay and they will continue to remove the item.

You continue to relist and Ebay will probably ban you from selling temporarily or even permanently from the site.

You will have to sell the bag elsewhere i am afraid 😞

Just to add, you can't ring eBay at the moment, there are no numbers on the site.

ok but I'm a pensioner and I really needed to sell this . its definitely Genuine it has every proper mulberry tag on each zip and part. I guess I will have to accept your comments to sell elsewhere or start using it. but as I've already a red one which cost £600 I feel this is enough. thank you

So eBay have taken down your listing and you kept relisting it [three times].

at this rate you won't have any selling problems as eBay will ban you.
