      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly find a case has been opened against me as a seller&amp;nbsp;by Paypal regarding an item of clothing sold and paid for on 08/11/20. Message reads,&amp;nbsp;" Buyer Reported someone made the order without their permission".&amp;nbsp; The item was posted via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery on 09/11/20&amp;nbsp;and positive feedback was duly left.&amp;nbsp; The buyer's name appears to be of the same family name of the Ebay&amp;nbsp;ID.&amp;nbsp; I have responded immediately via the PP procedure, as per PP request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have never had this happen before and it has left me feeling very anxious!!&amp;nbsp; Has anybody else had this experience and if so, what was the outcome?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>ruby*tuesday - Yes, have sent ALL the information requested by PP including RM tracking. The goods were sent to the delivery address given on the PP payment. What puzzles me is why has the account holder taken this long to raise a case?? Seems to be the same family name …wonder if it's flack from divorce proceedings but how can that be laid against me ??</description>

      <description>Once the Bank is involved. PayPal have to act. Good to hear you have all the relevant information. Always keep all Receipts for up to 13 months.</description>

      <description>ruby*tuesday is correct regarding an normal 'old' type of transaction, but -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;unfortunately if regarding managed payments seemingly  'they' require proof of delivery.</description>

      <description>Happy outcome … Received this communication from Paypal on 16th January … We're happy to confirm that this payment was covered by our Seller Protection £**.**. I had been able to provide all requested info so, the lesson is, keep ALL sales records for at least 12 months!!. However, still non the wiser why this happened …!!</description>
