Your No Returns Policy is just for a Change of Mind Return. All Sellers have to Fully Refund if a Buyer opens an EBay Returns Case stating "Faulty" or Not As Described in some way. Yes EBay do favour the Buyer because they need Buyers more than they need Sellers .

Buyer is making false claims. Sent buyer brand new with Tag item, never been worn.item, no faults. Buyer has requested a return stating fault with item. I have a no returns policy but only too happy to accept return and issue refund if the buyer is honest. I am totally shocked and surprised by the claim that the item looks like it been washed and a fault with the lining. It does seem as though ebay is more in favour of the buyer without really looking into cases. I have a No returns policy, does this mean nothing?
